There are a lot of alarming statistics out there about foreclosures. But when you understand what a foreclosure is and how it works, it takes some of the fear out of the unknown.
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
It passed the House on February 13, 2009. Also the Senate passed the bill so now we wait for the President to sing the bill soon. The bill is a $780 billion package; about 35% is devoted to tax cuts.
